I appreciate your post more than you could know.  I have struggled with “normal” meditation for years…  I found if I walk – I can meditate with JOY!  It truly clears my mind and I feel refreshed afterward.  I too am working on the more conventional meditation, so I appreciate your post, Peter.  I am truly a “work in progress”!  Thank God!

Also, we so need to ground ourselves however we can these days and pray without ceasing…
