Taijifit, is a form of Tai Chi that was developed by David Dorian Ross who is well known in Tai Chi Circles. It takes the moves of traditional Tai Chi and teaches them in a way that helps the participant quickly connect into the most important element of Tai Chi – Flow. Flow is what connects everything together. It is a way of doing Tai Chi where the responsibility is on the teacher and all the student has to do is be able to follow along. It engages Tai Chi from a more western fitness approach. That is a very short and basic introduction.
